Additional Information
The Portman Lights FREAX combines two light engines in a single IP65 fixture: an 11-section 400W RGBW wash using Portman’s LIQUIDshine technology for smooth colour mixing (3000K + RGB, CRI 85), and a separate 700W TRI-X white strobe with 60 independently controllable sections for aggressive, high-speed strobe effects.
Weighing 12kg and drawing up to 750W, it’s controlled over DMX512, RDM or optional CRMX wireless, with 7 DMX modes offering 8 to 220 channels and follower/influencer grouping, making it a flexible single-fixture solution for productions that want wash colour and hard strobe from the same rig position.
