01 / STANDARD DELIVERY OPTIONS
All pricing is a round-trip cost covering outbound delivery and return collection. Prices exclude VAT and apply to UK mainland addresses; Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly and Channel Islands are quoted individually.
SMALL DELIVERIES - LOCKERS
For small lightweight items via parcel locker network. Small £6, Medium £8, Large £12 round trip. Maximum 15kg per parcel; over 25kg is not eligible.
MEDIUM DELIVERIES - DPD
Tracked courier delivery and return collection. Up to 30kg and 100 × 60 × 70cm. Round-trip price bands run from £27 for 1kg to £60 for 30kg.
LARGE / XL - PALLET
For larger or heavier equipment. Quarter £135, Half £180, Full £270 round trip. Oversized and non-stackable loads are quoted individually.
02 / DELIVERY PRICING & LIMITS
SMALL DELIVERIES - LOCKERS
A two-way service: your order is sent to a collection locker, then returned to us through the same network at the end of hire. Suitable for wireless mics, compact mixers, cables, comms beltpacks, stands, tablets and small flight-cased items.
SMALL (S) - 8 × 38 × 64cm - £6 round trip
MEDIUM (M) - 19 × 38 × 64cm - £8 round trip
LARGE (L) - 41 × 38 × 64cm - £12 round trip
All locker sizes carry a 15kg maximum. Parcels above this incur a surcharge; anything over 25kg must use another service.
MEDIUM DELIVERIES - DPD OR SIMILAR
Tracked courier delivery with collection at the end of hire. Maximum 30kg, maximum size 100 × 60 × 70cm, and combined girth not exceeding 230cm. Larger items move to pallet service.
UP TO 1KG - £27 / UP TO 2KG - £29
UP TO 5KG - £32 / UP TO 10KG - £36
UP TO 20KG - £45 / UP TO 30KG - £60
LARGE / XL DELIVERIES - PALLET
Equipment arrives strapped to a pallet and is returned in the same way. Where forklift access is unavailable, a tail-lift vehicle is required and the load is generally capped at 1,000kg.
QUARTER - Up to 60cm / 250kg - £135
HALF - 100-120cm / 500kg - £180
FULL - Up to 220cm / 1,000-1,200kg - £270
03 / DEDICATED DELIVERY
For orders requiring a dedicated Gear House driver and long-wheelbase van, or for equipment unsuitable for a standard network. One van carries up to 900kg; larger trucks and multi-van moves are quoted on application.

£50 call-out + 55p per mile
UP TO 150 MILES
£80 call-out + 55p per mile
OVER 150 MILES
£120 call-out + 55p per mile
Rates are calculated as a round trip from Hatton Rock, CV37 0NQ. Delivery and collection are separately charged legs. Example one-leg totals: Birmingham £84.10, Bristol £129.20, Central London £193.30, Central Manchester £213.10 and Edinburgh £478.60.
04 / CUSTOMER PICK-UP & RETURN
COLLECTION & RETURN TIMES
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm as standard. Outside-hours collection or return can be arranged with the team in advance.
The site accommodates trucks and articulated lorries. Let us know in advance if you are bringing a larger vehicle, as side loading may be required depending on parking and site conditions.
