The Showven Sparkular Mini is a cold spark (‘cold pyro’) effect machine that produces a flame-like shower of sparks up to 3.5 metres in height, giving the visual impact of pyrotechnics without heat, smoke, open flame or licensing restrictions associated with traditional pyro. It draws 380W and holds a 100g granule hopper with a consumption rate of approximately 15g per minute, giving multiple activations per fill.
Control is via 2-channel DMX or the supplied wireless remote, with an onboard LCD screen for status and settings, and 3-pin XLR data connectors plus PowerCON in/out for linking multiple units. The unit takes around 5 minutes to heat up and supports a maximum continuous firing time of 30 seconds per activation; its flame-retardant ABS housing with stainless steel internal chassis is built for repeated club, stage and touring use, at 110V/220V 50/60Hz.
