The Magic FX DJ Shotgun (Deejay Shotgun) is a compact, handheld firing unit designed to trigger MagicFX 50cm or 80cm electric confetti and streamer cannons on demand, putting the confetti effect directly under the performer’s or DJ’s control rather than requiring a separate operator. It runs from two 9V batteries and offers up to 50 shots per set of fresh batteries, with an LED indicator to show remaining battery life.
At just 2.8kg (excluding the connected electric cannon) and 50.5 x 19 x 7.5cm, the DJ Shotgun is light enough to hold and aim by hand during a performance. It is a firing unit only — it must be connected to a compatible MagicFX electric cannon loaded with confetti or streamers to produce the effect.
