The L-Acoustics LA4X is a compact 4-channel amplified controller delivering up to 1,000W RMS per channel into 4 or 8 ohms, suited to smaller-format L-Acoustics enclosures and installed or touring rigs that don’t need the LA12X’s higher power. A flexible 4x4 matrix with a SHARC 32-bit DSP handles routing, filtering and factory presets for the full L-Acoustics range at 96kHz.
Networking is via a dual-port Gigabit Ethernet interface supporting Milan-certified AVB across up to 253 controllers over standard CAT5e cabling, making it straightforward to integrate into a larger networked system. It’s a compact 2U rackmount unit weighing 11.3kg.
