Additional Information
The Cartoni Focus 8 fluid head is built around a 75mm bowl and rated for payloads up to 8kg, with continuously variable fluid damping on both pan and tilt axes and Cartoni’s patented variable counterbalance system, giving operators smooth, precise control rather than fixed preset steps. Tilt range is ±90°, and the head includes an integrated spirit level, telescopic pan bar and a sliding camera plate compatible with common Sachtler/Manfrotto-pattern mounts.
Supplied as a Red Lock two-stage mid-level tripod kit, the system is built for digital cinema and mirrorless cameras from manufacturers such as Blackmagic Design, Canon and Sony. The head weighs 1.6kg and is rated for operation from -40°C to +60°C, making it suitable for both studio and outdoor location work.
