Additional Information
The URSA Broadcast G2 pairs a 6K sensor with a B4 broadcast lens mount, letting productions use familiar ENG-style zoom lenses while recording in Blackmagic RAW, ProRes or H.265. The mount is interchangeable, so the same body can switch to EF, PL or F mount lenses when a production needs cinema glass instead.
Dual CFast 2.0 and dual SD/UHS-II card slots allow continuous recording across media without dropping a frame, and built-in ND filters (1/4, 1/16, 1/64 stop) matched to the sensor’s colour science mean exposure can be pulled down on the fly without extra filter wheels. 12G-SDI, XLR audio with phantom power and a 4-pin broadcast power connector make it straightforward to integrate into an existing OB or studio chain.
